Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000 per month – Take Home

Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month based on performance

Experience: Prior Housing / Home Loan Sales experience is mandatory

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Housing Loan Sales professional to drive home loan business through direct sales, customer acquisition, builder/developer relationships and referral channels.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with established housing finance companies or banks such as HDFC Home Loans, SBI Home Loans, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI Home Finance, Axis Bank, Bajaj Housing Finance or similar organizations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for home loans / housing finance.
• Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, referrals, builders, brokers and other channels.
• Handle the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit, legal and operations teams.
• Follow up on applications and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, property dealers, DSAs and referral partners.
• Generate repeat and referral business from existing customers.
• Achieve monthly business, disbursement and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, sanctions and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Candidate ProfileHousing / Home Loan sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates currently working or previously employed with HDFC Home Loans, SBI Home Loans or other leading banks/HFCs are preferred.
• Strong understanding of the housing loan sales and disbursement process.
• Existing customer, builder, broker or DSA network will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business generation.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close housing loan cases.

💰 CompensationFixed Salary: ₹25,000/- Take Home per Month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000/- per Month
