Job Description
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, upcoming residential projects, and commercial renovations.
Identify and pitch to Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Contractors, and Builders to get our products specified in their projects. Directly engage with individual homeowners (B2C) for modular kitchen, wardrobe, and uPVC window requirements.
2. Technical Sales & Consultation Conduct on-site measurements and understand site-specific requirements (e.g., wind load for uPVC, space planning for interiors). Provide product demonstrations explaining the benefits of uPVC (thermal insulation, soundproofing) and interior materials.
Collaborate with the design team to present 2D/3D layouts and provide accurate cost estimations/quotations.
3. Relationship & Account Management Maintain a robust "Influencer Network" (Architects/Contractors) to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial inquiry and site visit to closing the deal and collecting payments.
Ensure timely delivery and oversee the installation process to maintain high customer satisfaction.
