Job Description

• Total Experience Req : 04-06 years
• Location : Chennai (Siruseri)
• Shift timing : UK Shift
• Mode of work : Hybrid

1. Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, database development, and performance tuning)
2. Hands-on experience with MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
3. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
4. Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM)
5. Experience in production support, incident, problem, and change management
6. Retail domain knowledge, with an understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory management, sales, pricing, promotions, and supply chain operations
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
8. Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
9. Work in any shifts / locations

Additional Information

1. Experience in Java application support, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
2. Working knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
3. Experience with Cloud DevOps support, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud platform operations (Azure/AWS preferred).
4. Hands-on experience in ITIL Incident Management, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
5. Working knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
6. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, task scheduling, and system administration.
7. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.
8. Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
