JOB DESCRIPTION - FACTORY LABOURER / HELPERCompany: Boots India

Location: Chennai

Department: Production / Warehouse / Dispatch

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the manufacturing and handling of industrial safety shoes.
  • Load and unload raw materials, cartons and finished goods.
  • Assist with packing, labeling and preparing products for dispatch.
  • Move materials safely within the factory and warehouse.
  • Support production staff and supervisors with daily tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
  • Assist in arranging and stacking inventory in the warehouse.
  • Check cartons and products for visible damage during handling.
  • Follow instructions given by supervisors and management.
  • Follow all workplace safety rules and use required PPE.
  • Assist with general factory, warehouse and housekeeping activities whenever required.
