Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a food production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production planning expertise, and hands-on experience in managing production teams while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
• Reduce production downtime and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager.
• Candidates with experience in the Food Manufacturing industry are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in food manufacturing is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
