Property Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard property owners (sellers) onto the NoBroker platform.
• Reach out to potential sellers through outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads.
• Explain NoBroker's products, services, and subscription plans to property owners.
• Verify property details and ensure accurate property listings.
• Convert leads into paid customers by promoting premium services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Follow up with sellers to activate listings and improve engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Update customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Resolve seller queries and provide excellent customer support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while following company policies and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
