Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding properties.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective customers.
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and sales closure.
