Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Industrial Automation / IoT
Location: Chennai

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote M Connect – Industrial IoT & Automation Solutions to manufacturing companies across Chennai.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach manufacturing companies and potential customers.
- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls and networking.
- Meet Production, Quality, Maintenance, Plant and Management teams.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable M Connect solutions.
- Arrange product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC).
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into orders.
- Coordinate with the technical team for demos and implementation.
- Maintain customer information, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Technical Sales preferred.
- Experience selling to manufacturing companies is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits within Chennai and nearby industrial areas.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales can also apply.
