Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities, managing leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs, provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and guide them through property selection.
• Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits, presenting details effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after sales, fostering loyalty and referrals.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management and update CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the local property market.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
