Service Technician – ChennaiLocation: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 26 days/month

Job RoleWe are hiring Service Technicians to attend customer service calls and provide quality service support.

  • ResponsibilitiesAttend assigned customer service calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
  • Provide quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Generate revenue through service opportunities and product-related sales.
  • Maintain good customer feedback and achieve NPS targets.
  • Complete assigned daily call targets.

Earning Potential₹200 per call

Actual earnings can be higher than the minimum guarantee based on call volume, revenue generated and customer feedback/performance.

  • Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or relevant technical field preferred.
  • Experience in home appliance/electronics service preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer service calls.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
