Job Description
Position: Supply Chain Executive
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to handle inventory planning, procurement coordination, stock replenishment, and day-to-day supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports.
- Track slow-moving and non-moving stock.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
- Raise purchase/stock transfer requisitions.
- Monitor inbound deliveries and stock transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS.
- Track supply chain KPIs and identify process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- ERP/WMS experience preferred.
- Good coordination and attention to detail.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
