Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives and drive loan business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.
• Generate leads and support the team in converting leads into customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Train new team members on sales processes and products.
• Track individual and team targets and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or related sales.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
