As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining service quality and controlling costs to drive profitability and sustain ongoing success. Additionally, the position involves fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of technology projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing financial data integration and reporting processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Competent in risk management and mitigation strategies related to technology delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
