Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database.

Explain real estate projects, including plots, villas, houses, and apartments.

Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and property preferences.

Generate qualified leads through effective telecalling.

Follow up regularly with interested customers and existing leads.

Convince customers and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Update customer information and lead status in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the sales and field team for further customer follow-up.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
