Job Description

Location: Madipakkam, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000/month

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

Experience: Freshers can apply

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Role: Student Support / Telecaller

Responsibilities:

  • Call and guide new students about courses.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Answer course-related queries.
  • Make welcome calls to new app users.
  • Assist students with login, course access, and video issues.
  • Coordinate course kit delivery and resolve student concerns.
  • Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Tamil communication skills.
  • Good counselling and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
