Telecalling Executive

Primary Responsibility

To manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify customer requirements, ensure accurate CRM data entry, and initiate personalized customer engagement to drive site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls from website, WhatsApp, CRM, EXPOs, networking events, business directories, and visiting cards.
• Receive and respond to inbound calls (toll-free & office numbers) professionally.
• Enter EXPO / Networking Event / Business Directory / Visiting Card leads into CRM .
• Verify and clean collected data (name, phone number, email, city, state, requirement) with web search activities.
• Use approved scripts to introduce the company, products, and services.
• Qualify leads accurately based on:
• Residential / Commercial / Industrial classification
• EB bill amount, KW requirement, Units consumable.
• Location and technical feasibility
• Explain tentative pricing, subsidy structure, and installation process as per company guidelines.
• Send personalized “Thank You” emails to:
• EXPO leads
• Networking & business meet contacts
• Send personalized branding emails and WhatsApp messages introducing:
• Evolve Energy Group
• Evvo product range
• Website and contact details
• Customize communication using:
• Customer name
• Event/source reference
• Type of requirement
• Schedule follow-ups and site visits with customer consent.
• Update CRM in real time with:
• Lead source (EXPO / Event / Directory / Visiting Card)
• Communication sent (Email / WhatsApp)
• Follow-up dates and remarks
• Share qualified leads with the sales/technical team.
• Submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports accurately.
• Maintain professionalism, brand tone, and customer confidentiality at all times.
