Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared sales script.
- Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.
- Answer customer questions and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and sales in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales strategies.
