Job Description

Install and Configure: Set up Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches, and customer premises equipment (CPE/ONT).


Site Surveys: Test locations for signal strength, dead zones, and interference.


Troubleshoot: Diagnose network dropouts, hardware failures, and low bandwidth issues in the field.


Customer Support: Coordinate with clients and backend Network Operations Centers (NOC) to close service tickets
