- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and other public areas.
- Make beds and change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Refill toiletries, drinking water, and other guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
- Follow proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with laundry and linen management when required.
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.
- Follow instructions given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Resort Management.
