• 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle company-provided online leads for Airtel Xstream Fiber (Broadband) and Postpaid services.
• Contact customers through calls and follow up on assigned leads.
• Explain Airtel plans, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Convert qualified online leads into successful sales.
• Coordinate with the installation team for timely service activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaGraduation is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, FMCG, BFSI, or Direct Sales is preferred.
• Age: 18–30 years
• Bike + Valid Driving Licence mandatory
• Smartphone mandatory
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Male candidates only.
