Dream Life Educational Services is looking for an experienced and performance-driven manager to lead our admissions sales, telecalling, counselling and day-to-day operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the complete student-admission process, from lead allocation to admission confirmation

✅ Lead telecallers and closing counsellors

✅ Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets

✅ Manage CRM lead allocation, follow-ups and pipeline stages

✅ Handle parent objections and support high-value admission closures

✅ Conduct team meetings, training, mock calls and performance reviews

✅ Monitor call quality, conversion rates and team productivity

✅ Coordinate college information, fee structures and admission procedures

✅ Develop SOPs for follow-ups, documentation and payment tracking

✅ Submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports

✅ Take ownership of overall admissions sales and office operations

🎓 Candidate Requirements

📌 3–6 years of experience in sales, admissions, counselling, business development or operations

📌 Team-handling experience is mandatory

📌 Experience managing a team of 5–10 members is preferred

📌 Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead follow-ups and admission closures

📌 Experience using LeadSquared or a similar CRM

📌 Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

📌 Strong Tamil and English communication skills

📌 Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

📌 Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

📌 Must be willing to work full-time from our Coimbatore office

💰 Compensation

💼 Fixed CTC: ₹3.5–₹4.2 LPA

🏆 Performance-Linked Incentives: Up to ₹1.8 LPA

🚀 Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹6 LPA

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, team-management capability, previous performance and interview assessment.
