Customer Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team for an upcoming event. This is a temporary/contract-based opportunity ideal for candidates who are confident in handling customer calls and resolving queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with ticket bookings, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds.
• Resolve customer issues related to tickets, QR codes, booking confirmations, and event entry.
• Provide clear and accurate information about the event, bookings, timings, and procedures.
• Escalate technical or payment-related issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams when required.
• Provide customer support before and during the event.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Customer service or voice process experience is preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries in a professional manner.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
