Marketing Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the company’s solar panels, solar power systems, and related products.
• Identify and generate new customers through field marketing, phone calls, referrals, and direct visits.
• Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and other potential customer locations.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct initial discussions with customers regarding electricity consumption, rooftop space, and solar requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits with the technical team.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide customers with accurate information.
• Explain the basic benefits of solar energy, including electricity bill savings and long-term benefits.
• Assist customers throughout the enquiry and sales process.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Attend promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing events when required.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the management.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

• Previous experience in solar, electrical, sales, or field marketing will be an added advantage.

ExperienceCandidates with 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, field sales, customer service, or solar-related industries are preferred.
