Job Description:

PHASE Sports is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Part-Time Sports Coaches to join our team. The coach will be responsible for conducting engaging, structured sports sessions for children and helping them develop their fundamental movement skills, fitness, coordination, and interest in sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sports and physical activity sessions for children in a safe and engaging manner.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on the PHASE Sports curriculum.
• Focus on fundamental movement skills, coordination, agility, balance, fitness, and basic sports skills.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety of children throughout the sessions.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, encouraging environment.
• Communicate professionally with parents and the PHASE Sports team.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Support PHASE Sports in creating a fun and positive sporting experience for children.

Eligibility:

• Degree/Diploma in Physical Education, Sports, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant sports coaching experience can also apply.
• Freshers with a strong sports background and good communication skills are welcome.
• Passion for working with children and sports.
• Good communication, punctuality, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be physically active and comfortable conducting sports activities.

Work Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Sessions will generally be conducted during weekday evenings and/or weekends.
• Exact working hours will be based on the centre's batch schedule.
