Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Video Editor cum Social Media Marketing Executive to handle end-to-end content creation and social media management for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Create engaging video content, thumbnails and basic motion graphics
• Do photo editing for posts, creatives and campaigns
• Manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn pages in a professional manner
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, reels and stories as per a content calendar
• Write clear, brand-aligned captions, hashtags
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with the team to understand business updates, offers, and campaigns
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all platforms

Required Skills:

• Good hands-on experience in video editing
• Comfortable with photo editing tools
• Basic knowledge of content strategy, posting frequency and engagement tactics
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions and trending formats
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take feedback

Good to Have:

• Experience working with B2B, HORECA, Ecommerce & Startup brands
• Familiarity with content calendars, scheduling tools and brand guidelines
