Job Description:
- Manage daily store and warehouse activities for solar products and materials.
- Receive, check, and arrange solar panels, inverters, cables, structures, accessories, and other materials.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory updates.
- Prepare materials for customer/site dispatch as per requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project, Purchase, Sales, and Service teams for material requirements.
- Check quantity and condition of materials before dispatch.
- Prepare delivery challans, dispatch documents, and stock reports.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Track dispatched materials and coordinate with drivers/transporters.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock materials to the management.
- Follow proper safety procedures while handling solar materials.
