Store Supervisor

The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a friendly and efficient attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, providing menus and answering questions about food, drinks, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serve orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Check in with guests during their meal to address any additional needs or concerns.
• Process bill payments (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean dining areas by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet for long shifts and carry heavy trays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing bills.

• Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth workflow between front-of-house (waitstaff) and back-of-house (kitchen).
• Assign tasks, manage floor schedules, and direct staff during opening, peak, and closing shifts.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor POS operations, perform cash drop register balancing, and manage shift sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new servers and support staff.
• Monitor inventory levels for floor supplies (cutlery, menus, napkins) and report restocking needs to management.
