Back Office Executive – Operations & LoginCompany: CREDAXIS

Job DescriptionCREDAXIS is looking for a Back Office Executive to join our Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan login processes, document verification, customer file evaluation, data entry, and coordination with the sales, credit, and operations teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily loan login and application processing.
- Collect, check, and verify customer documents such as KYC, bank statements, GST, ITR, salary documents, and business documents.
- Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility as per lender requirements.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or suspicious documents and coordinate for corrections.
- Prepare and submit loan files to respective lenders.
- Update application status accurately in the CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales Team, Credit Team, and Lenders.
- Follow up on pending documents and login-related queries.
- Maintain proper records of all applications and documents.
- Track cases from login to approval/disbursement and update the system regularly.
- Ensure timely processing of files and maintain operational TAT.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of loan documentation and KYC.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate documents carefully.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of banking/loan processes will be an advantage.
QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Graduates in B.Com or any relevant field will be preferred.
ExperienceFreshers can apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in banking, NBFC, DSA, loan processing, back office, or financial services will be preferred.
Salary₹0.96 LPA – ₹1.80 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
