Channel Sales Manager - HOM Virtual Office
Role Summary
- Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines
- GPW/Non Motor GPW growth
- Maintaining Hygiene – Cheque Bounce & Receivables
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
- Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
- Make individual agents grow Year On Year
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
- To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
- Train agents on products, process and USP’s of Co.
