Molding Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Molding Machine Operator to operate and monitor molding machines for the production of quality products. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, production monitoring, quality checks, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines as per production requirements.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report machine issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Maintain production records and machine logs.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
• RequirementsExperience in operating molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar machines is preferred.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
• Good attention to detail and quality control practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
