Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and confident Tele-Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, generate genuine leads, and convert enquiries into store visits and successful transactions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
• Respond to incoming enquiries and explain our gold and silver buying services.
• Understand customer requirements and answer basic questions regarding the selling process.
• Explain key benefits such as free XRF purity testing, live bullion rates, transparent valuation, and instant payment.
• Generate qualified leads and encourage customers to visit the nearest Anjaneya Gold Point branch.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer responses, and conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales/store team to ensure smooth handling of converted leads.
• Handle customer objections professionally and convert enquiries into appointments or store visits.
• RequirementsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and lead follow-up processes.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
• Basic computer/CRM/Excel knowledge.
• Previous experience in tele-sales or telecalling will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

CompensationSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
