Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage complete HR operations in a BPO/KPO environment.
- Must Have2–3+ years of complete HR Generalist / HR Operations experience
- International Calling experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
- HR documentation and employee records management
- HR policy creation and implementation
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Employee engagement and retention
- Payroll, attendance and leave coordination
- Team handling/leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- BPO/KPO or 24/7 work environment experience preferred
Important: Candidates whose experience is mainly limited to recruitment will not be considered. The candidate must be capable of independently handling the complete HR function.
