Job Description

Job Title: Collection / Recovery Telecaller

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
  • Remind customers about pending dues and encourage timely payment.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
  • Update call logs and payment status in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
  • Escalate difficult cases to seniors.
