Job Description

Company: Decan Dart Express

Location: DLF Phase 3, Cyber City, Gurugram (Work From Office)

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, emails & WhatsApp.
  • Track domestic & international shipments.
  • Resolve customer queries and coordinate with courier partners.
  • Maintain shipment records and prepare basic Excel reports.
  • RequirementsGraduate (Any Stream)
  • Good communication in Hindi & English
  • Basic MS Excel & Computer Knowledge
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Experience in Courier/Logistics will be preferred
