Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through chat.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
  • Answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the available services.
  • Help customers complete their requests smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience.
  • Handle one customer interaction at a time and move on to the next request after completion.


Requirements:

  • Good written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers through chat.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Responsible and consistent with work.
