About the Role

Meditate Wisdom is looking for a responsible, organized, and tech-friendly Digital Executive to support our day-to-day digital operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with websites, social media, customer enquiries, online orders, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update website products, prices, images, descriptions, and basic content.
• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and online order coordination.
• Manage customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Assist with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media activities.
• Upload posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content as instructed.
• Maintain customer, lead, sales, and order records in Google Sheets/Excel or CRM.
• Assist with payment links, customer follow-ups, and payment status tracking.
• Coordinate online workshops, webinars, Zoom sessions, and student communications.
• Perform basic Canva designing and editing when required.
• Coordinate with other team members and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare a simple daily report of completed, pending, and priority tasks.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of computers and smartphones.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Basic understanding of WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify is preferred.
• Good Hindi communication and workable English.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Responsible with confidential company and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Fresher to 2+ years; practical skills are more important than qualifications.

Education: Graduate preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant skills.

Work Setup: Candidate must have their own laptop/computer, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

We need someone who is proactive, dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of routine digital tasks. This is not just a social-media posting role. The executive will support multiple areas of the company’s digital operations.
