Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Process and manage daily orders received from Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
  2. Verify orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely order processing.
  3. Generate shipping labels, arrange shipment booking and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
  4. Track shipments, delivery status, cancellations, returns and RTO orders.
  5. Handle marketplace order-related issues and ensure orders are dispatched within the defined timeline.
  6. Maintain order processing, dispatch and shipment records in Excel/MIS.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse, billing and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
  8. Good working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is required.


Required Skills

  1. Good knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart order processing.
  2. Knowledge of shipment booking, courier portals and tracking.
  3. Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS and billing/invoicing.
