Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all assigned warehouse facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance work to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor visits, and service schedules.
- Ensure warehouse infrastructure complies with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Supervise housekeeping, utility services, and general facility management activities.
- Assist in planning and monitoring maintenance budgets and material requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse infrastructure and operational efficiency.
- Travel regularly between warehouse locations to ensure consistent maintenance standards.
- Perform other administrative and facility management responsibilities as assigned.
