About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Full Stack Web Developer who can design, develop, maintain, and improve modern web applications.

The candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, including creating responsive user interfaces, developing APIs, managing databases, integrating third-party services, and implementing new functionalities based on business requirements.

The role also involves analyzing existing websites/web applications, recreating similar layouts or features where legally permitted, and customizing the design, workflow, and functionality according to our requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Design and implement modern frontend interfaces with clean and maintainable code.
• Develop robust backend systems, APIs, authentication, and business logic.
• Work with databases and perform CRUD operations, data validation, and optimization.
• Convert UI/UX designs, references, or existing website concepts into functional web pages.
• Analyze existing websites to understand their UI structure, user flow, features, and functionality, and develop original implementations with customized functionality.
• Modify and extend existing projects according to changing business requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, email services, authentication systems, and other required services.
• Build admin panels, dashboards, forms, portals, and other business-specific modules.
• Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and SEO.
• Identify and fix bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
• Maintain existing websites and continuously improve their features.
• Work closely with the management/design/content team to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Use Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems for development and collaboration.
• Deploy and maintain applications on hosting/cloud environments when required.

Salary can be higher for candidates with strong full-stack projects and proven development experience.
