Operation Executive

An Operations Executive for Loan Processing manages the end-to-end lifecycle of loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth verification, and timely disbursement in compliance with financial regulations.

Role Summary

• Department: Lending / Credit Operations
• Objective: Drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance from loan login to final disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Processing: Handle end-to-end loan files, logging applications accurately into internal systems or lender portals.
• Documentation & Verification: Verify customer KYC, financial records, and legal/technical property documents against company policies.
• Credit Evaluation Support: Analyze credit reports and check CIBIL/credit scores to assist initial eligibility checks.
• Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with sales teams, credit underwriters, legal/technical vendors, and banking partners.
• Disbursement & MIS: Coordinate final fund transfers, manage repayment setups, and maintain daily management information system (MIS) reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail lending, mortgage, or loan operations (NBFC/Bank).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Advanced Excel and familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
