Operations Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Operations Manager / Operations Team Leader)

1.     Lead, supervise, and support the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations.

2.     Manage operations related to multiple hardware brands and product lines.

3.     Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely procurement and delivery.

4.     Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and hardware availability.

5.     Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates.

6.     Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

7.     Maintain service quality, turnaround time, and operational KPIs.

8.     Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve performance.

9.     Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards.

10. Support management with operational reports and improvement initiatives.

11 Knowledge of GeM Portal (Government e marketplace) is preferred

12 Operations Manager / Operations TL should have experience of team leading at least 5 members

13 Sub departments under operation manager are as follows:

• Customer support
• Dispatch and Logistics
• Service delivery
• Tele calling (Payment collection)
• Service support
• Vendor coordination
• Internal department coordination

14 Good knowledge of system including MS excel, MS word, Emails, Communication.
