Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer communication, maintain records, and coordinate day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales records, CRM & MIS reports.
- Follow up on payments, orders and feedback.
- Assist with meetings, presentations and exhibitions.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales coordination/customer support experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication, MS Office, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
