We are looking for a Sales Manager who can independently generate new business and convert clients in both domestic and international markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFind and acquire new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, importers and B2B clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, B2B platforms and market research.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and close deals.
• Explore new domestic territories and international markets.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent/proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Confident in cold calling and approaching new clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
• Good knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
• Experience in tractor/automotive spare parts, industrial products, hydraulic products, seals or similar industries is preferred.
• International sales/export experience is an advantage.
