Job Description
Role Summary
Expertise in Amazon & Flipkart platforms, specializing in pricing, listing, Buy Box optimization, ads management, and MIS reporting. Skilled in Advanced Excel & Google Sheets with strong experience in driving sales through data-driven strategies. Manage and grow the company's business across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others by driving sales, improving product visibility, coordinating promotions, and ensuring smooth account operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Vendor Hub, Flipkart Seller Hub, Flipkart Ads, and related platforms.
Preparing reports such as DRR, Inventory, Returns, and identifying requirements for future POs.
Running and optimizing ad campaigns (Automatic & Manual) – including keyword research, daily bid management, and bid matching.
Executing brand campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
Performing Flipkart price calculations (single & bulk updates).
Achieving and maintaining Buy Box on Amazon & Flipkart using Force Sight.
Creating extra shipping fee refund cases on Flipkart.
Raising and managing cases on Amazon & Flipkart for operational issues (e.g., missed pickups, order discrepancies).
Coordinating with POCs for issues like visibility, Alpha stock live status, price updates, etc.
Monitoring negative reviews, listing health, and improving product credibility by increasing positive feedback.
