Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager with a strong background in jewellery retail to manage showroom operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Handle high-value customers and support the team in customer conversion and relationship management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, display, and security procedures.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, documentation, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive jewellery displays.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Track sales performance, conversion, average ticket size, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and jewellery retail standards.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail, preferably with experience as a Showroom Manager/Store Manager.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, retail sales, and customer handling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory and showroom operations.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and commercially oriented.
• Ability to handle premium/high-value customers confidently.
