Job Description
Manage daily store and warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation.
Monitor inward/outward material movement and maintain required documentation.
Conduct periodic physical stock checks and audits.
Ensure proper labelling, stacking, storage, and security of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams for material requirements.
Maintain GRNs, issue slips, delivery challans, stock registers, and related records.
Track damaged, rejected, excess, and shortage materials.
Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports.
Ensure 5S, cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
