Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Support

Executives. Your main responsibility will be to connect with existing customers through outbound

calls, assist them, resolve their concerns, and encourage them to continue using our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers.

• Understand customer concerns and provide support.

• Build positive customer relationships.

• Encourage inactive customers to return.

• Maintain accurate call records.

• Follow company processes.

• Meet daily targets.

• Work with the Team Leader to improve performance.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate.

• Freshers welcome.

• Good Hindi communication; Basic English preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good listening skills.

• Positive attitude.

• Comfortable with outbound calls.

Preferred Skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel.

• Good typing skills.

• Customer record maintenance.

• Voice process experience preferred, not mandatory.
