WE’RE HIRING: TELESALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 0–6 Months | Freshers Can Also Apply
Guardian Financial Experts is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with the ability to understand clients’ financial concerns and guide them toward suitable debt settlement and financial consultation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, address queries, and provide appropriate information about the company’s services.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Experience in financial services, loan settlement, banking, insurance, or customer service will be an added advantage.
