Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, providing support, assisting with Demat account opening, and coordinating with clients for their trading and investment requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Handle client queries related to trading, Demat accounts and investment services.
• Assist customers with Demat & Trading Account Opening and documentation.
• Provide regular client support through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with clients for account activation and KYC-related requirements.
• Assist clients with basic trading platform and application-related queries.
• Coordinate with the dealing team for client trade-related requirements.
• Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, retention and long-term relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for account opening and client acquisition.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products will be an advantage.
• Customer-oriented and confident personality.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• Candidates with experience in stock broking, banking, finance, sales or customer relationship management will be preferred.
