Female Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and connect with potential customers.
• Contact customers who have shown interest in our Weight Loss Program through our marketing campaigns.
• Understand the customer’s requirements, weight-loss goals, concerns, and expectations.
• Explain the Nature Herbs Weight Loss Program and Kit clearly, including the program process, product usage, and key benefits.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and assist customers in making an informed purchase decision.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers and work towards converting leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer responses, follow-up dates, remarks, and sales status in the data sheet/CRM.
• Prepare and maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.
• Share regular updates regarding lead status, follow-ups, and conversions with the Reporting Manager/Supervisor.
• Follow the company’s sales process, customer communication guidelines, and professional calling standards.
• Maintain a polite, confident, and consultative approach while interacting with customers.
• Work consistently towards achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Preferred SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Handling, Healthcare, Wellness, or Sales will be preferred.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
